Too much to do and not enough time?

We all get like this from time to time. In a high paced world, a world of "now" with multiple conflicting priorities.

The feeling of too much to do and not enough time just becomes overwhelming.

Sometimes we simply need to unplug and take back control. Don't just manage your time, protect it with a vengeance.

We appreciate not all roles are the same, but where you can, here are a few things that can help you protect your time and your mental wellbeing.

✅ Decline those meetings where you are not adding value.

✅ Mute those notifications and put them on a schedule.

✅ Put your out of office or DND light on for a duration of time.

✅ Don't constantly respond online in real-time

✅ Schedule certain times of day to respond to emails

And most of all........give yourself a break
